Shayne Baker and Josh Adams came to house very friendly, typical of salesman, Spoke to them in regards to my gutters, they took a cash down payment and schedule to install upon 3-5 weeks. After installation more problems started to go on noticeable. the kick out from down spout no screws so it falls down, downspout moved to another location on house has cause tremendous amount of damage no water is going to that spot so rain just pours from original spout, damage fence and sofit. I have been call 314-900-3662 (call restriction) cant get through. Called 888-212-3159 left numerous messages, calls wont go through Shayne 314-9479-2422 or JOSH 6336-212-2058 HAVE MADE PLENTY OF CONTACTS TO RESOLVE ISSUES. NO LUCK. So what I am saying they get your money and when problems occurs no contacts. I am bitter and anger.

They were awesome. Great, clean, and professional job done. Communication was smooth throughout the process. They advised it could be 3-4wks, but Jason was able to get our project done in 2 weeks. I'm so glad we went with Springrock and look forward to future projects together. Thank you!

Very expensive but good quality. Love the look of my gutters and the installers we?re very polite. My biggest complaint is that when the installers got here I asked to go over the placement of the downspouts as no one had before and he said oh you know where they should be put and blew me off and said we could talk about it later next thing I know there is a downspout going out into my driveway when I asked about it they said that was what was on the drawings. I had never seen these drawings I went through all my paperwork never saw it the installer even agreed he thought it was dumb and to make it worse it was on the outside edge while the other side was on the inside edge which makes it look uneven and again they said that was the drawings we can?t change it. It was just very disappointing after paying so much.

TERRIBLE!! Does NOT block twigs. My husband had to unscrew the guards and dig the stuff out. We had them installed July, 2019. Don't waste your money!!

Noel came out for the quote and I hired the company right after the visit. He was easy to talk to. He said he gave me a 20% discount for being a healthcare worker but I was never given a price before said discount. Either way, he was courteous and respectful. Didn’t ask to speak to the man of the house before I made a decision. Didn’t ask personal questions. Wasn’t condescending. He was very professional. Not the typical douche sales guy. The guys that came onsite were also respectful. They finished the job in 5 hrs. Was not expecting the job to take that long but you can’t rush perfection. One of the guys was very young. I was impressed that a company would hire such a young guy so I was very happy to see that he has an opportunity to learn a skill. It hasn’t rained therefore haven’t had the opportunity to determine whether the gutters were properly placed. The installers asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. I’m an expert in my field not in gutters thus could not answer the question. I believe the installers were Julian and Oscar. Very professional gentleman. Will call back for service to my other properties
