We had an issue with our sprinkler system and because of the positive reviews that we received we chose SprinklerGator. I must tell you that it wasn’t a mistake choosing SprinklerGator. Cesar and Isiah showed up exactly at the time they said they would, they were very courteous, explained the cost of the repair before repairing the system, they put everything back in place and locked the gates when they finished. I am so happy to have found a company that shows up on time and does an excellent job. Thank you Cesar and Isiah, you’re the best.

The Pros: They showed up on time. The Cons: In Texas many contracts are still done by shaking each other's hand. People keep their word and do what they say. That will not be the case with Sprinkler Gator. If you do business with them you need to spell out in writing exactly what is expected and what you are hiring them for. Otherwise, when it fails, they will deny what you agreed on. Do not expect honesty or integrity. Do not fall for the overly slap happy "How You Doing"!!! sales job. My wife and I discussed the repair with their representative prior to receiving their initial bid and agreed to their price. However, at the end of the project they denied everything we had agreed on and said that my wife and I were lying. I took a man at his word and that was a mistake with these people - sad. They advertise themselves as a sprinkler repair service and we hired them in November to repair an existing sprinkler system that was damaged during additional construction. Later we added a

Efran and Derek came out today and replaced a couple sprinkler heads for us and checked over the whole system. They do great work. I've been using Sprinklergator for three years now, highly recommend! True professionals who do exemplary work.

Efrin and crew were right on time. They found and repaired the problem quickly showing me the problems and taking care to put the lawn back together. I chose to replace the control box with a wifi model and these guys know what they are doing. They took time to familiarize me with the app. The price was very reasonable. Efran and his crew went above and beyond. They took the time to inspect, repair and adjust our sprinkler system. We had never had a sprinkler system before and had no idea where to start to get it to work. After repairs and adjustments, Efran installed the app for us and programed it and showed us how to use it.
