"Dear Valued Customer, One of our technicians came to your residence and inspected your sprinkler system. After that inspection you were informed of the things needed to repair your system (replace 6 rotors, replace a broken sprinkler head, and replace 1 valve) at which point you opted to request that only the valve be changed despite your system needing several other repairs. Due to the fact that your valve boxes had been buried the valves had to be tracked. Because you were in a business meeting during your appointment our tech was unable to make contact with you to discuss rescheduling the appointment so valve tracking could be done."
