Very professional.

I called this company on May 17th and requested they replace a sprinkler valve and a sprinkler head. Cons: *Technician came out on May 22nd, spent 1 - 1 1/2 hours talking and going through the system. He recommended replacing two additional heads which I agreed to. Then he told me his truck had been stolen the night before and he didn't have any tools or equipment with him. Really? Why did he waste his time and mine coming out???? He also said they had a trainee who was good at replacing heads but not so knowledgeable when it came to replacing valves. Said the office would call to make an appointment. *24 hours later, no call. I called them and left a message requesting an appointment. This started a series of messages back and forth. I tried calling at 8:05AM 5 min. after they opened, but always had to leave a message. Apparently they don't have enough phone lines to accommodate incoming calls. * Finally received a message that the trainee would come out Sat. at 8:30AM. Frustrated, I called and again requested the initial technician. Received message the technician would be out on Sat. * I was expecting the technician on Sat. at 8:30. When he didn't show by 9:00 I called the office. Closed. Technician showed up at 10:00. Said he went to the wrong house. I'm centrally located. Where was he? Denver? That's 1 1/2 hours away. *Replaced sprinkler heads then said he brought the wrong valve. Left to go buy correct valve. Came back, 20 min. later said he again had the wrong valve and couldn't finish the job because the stores were closed. OMG!!! It was 2:00 in the afternoon! Home Depot and Lowes were still open. * June 1st received a call. They couldn't fix the valve because of the "solenoid - it's an antique." June 6th received and email stating the same along with the bill. Pros: Debora in the office and Anthony the technician were very nice. Summery - Called another company, they were able to send a technician out (who came early) and he was EASILY able to replace the valve. Curiously, a 2nd valve wasn't working when I went through the system with the new technician. It had been working before the Sprinkler Squad tech. came out. Also, the head he replaced is still leaking. Total waste of 3 weeks without sprinkler system. Glad it rained.

Asked for someone to come out and review the sprinkler system in the home that we just purchased, run me through the controls etc. Pleasant young man, turned on the system, as I could have done. He could not figure out where the controls etc were for the front of the house sprinklers (most of the system), only the rear drip system. I mentioned that we would also like to get a quote on expanding this system. He said that he would have his boss contact us and come out to trace down the rest of the system, and also give us a quote on expansion. None of this ever happened.

Technician called ahead and was on time. They also promptly responded the next day to correct a small leak. Price a little high, but they guarantee their work. Good customer service.

Bottom Line: the technician was over three hours late and I didn't receive a courtesy call; he left a valve open which caused the sprinkler system to not work properly; and he mis-diagnosed the valve problem as a problem with the water pressure of the house; Lastly, after all my wasted time and hassle, they still charged me full price. My appointment was at 2:30pm and the technician showed up over 3 hours late. Not the technician nor anyone from their office gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were going to be late. I called their office about 30 times (literally) during that 3 hours and I couldn't get through to a real person, only the answering machine. The technician finally called around 5pm to let me know that he was going to be late (duh) and that someone from his office was "supposed to" call and let me know about his untimeliness. He finally arrived about 5:40ish. The technician did a good job replacing my backflow preventer but later mis-diagnosed an issue with the sprinkler when we couldn't get the sprinkler's electronic panel to stop the flow of water to the sprinkler heads. The technician mis-diagnosed the problem as a water pressure issue with the home itself. He also dug up the plastic box that covers the valves in the ground. He didn't replace the box back into the ground and left it a complete mess. They then dispatched a "more experienced" technician to come to my house later in the week. The day of that appointment the office called to let me know that their technician was on leave and they didn't know when he would return. I then had to call a plumber from a completely different company to come and check the water pressure of the home. Water pressure of the home turned out to be very good. We (the plumber and I) then discovered that the sprinkler technician left one of the sprinkler valves open which was allowing the free flow of water to the sprinklers heads. After closing that valve the control panel for the sprinkler started working properly. I will not be using nor will I be referring this company to anyone I like.

They provided timely service, and did a good job with the work, but they are high priced. Price may why they are available on shorter notice.

Other Sprinkler company was booking 3 weeks out. They explained what they need to do, and also advised me on another need repair. Did a great job.

Came out and got everything working just fine. Even took the time to adjust my sprinkler heads for best coverage!

They were very knowledgeable and fast.

When the sprinkler was first replaced, the new head did not fit the base, it would not close all the way, and was leaking. This was easy to see and it should not have been left that way. But, when I called and told them they sent out a tech, the next day, to fix all of the issues at no extra charge. Over all, I was very satisfied.

A company that puts the customer first! Wonderful people!

Amazing customer service I hired them for 2 projects first to start up my system and the tech was ver knowledgeable and taught me about my system and second for repairs when my pipe burst. I was so worried that I was looking at a repair that would cost me $500 or more and the tech was again knowledgeable and honest and ended up saving me money! Thank you for earning my trust and my business

Prompt and on time. Got the job done and they were easy to communicate with. I would use their services again and plan to!

We drained the backflow based on a predicted freeze and snow storm--which did happen. Sprinkler Squad technician was on time and efficient; the technician explained the process and what would be necessary once we wanted to resume using the sprinkler system.

They do charge a $45.00 charge to come out. If you their service it is charged to you. We needed an electrical professional that came the very next day and was charged VERY reasonable for the amount of time it took to fix the issue.

I made arrangement from work to be at home on Wednesday morning. They found an additional problem and said they would return Wednesday afternoon. My wife would be there. I explained that my wife nor I would be there on Thursday or Friday and they said that it was not necessary that one of us be at home. They did not come back on Wednesday afternoon. When I got home at 4om on Thursday, I found my 3 water sprinklers in the back yard running. I immediately called Sprinkler Squad and the repair tech came an hour later stating, "oops, one of the other repair techs forgot to turn of the cylinder valve in the box in the ground". Meanwhile, the backyard sprinklers were on all day. I received a message on my home phone from the utility company saying that I had an excess amount of water usage for that day. I've yet to see what the water bill will be!

They were ready and willing but gave them my credit card by phone prior to service and have yet to see a receipt...

Did a great job, but I think I was over charged for the work that I had done.
