Iâ  ve been using this company for more then 10years and this year it will come to a end. They installed a 6 zone sprinkler system at my property and used the Hunter heads that lasted more then 5 years. The past 3 years those heads have reached their life span so I called this company to come out and check what needs replacement and take care of it. They came and changed nearly all the heads and upsold me on a WiFi phone management wireless control hub that I thought was pretty cool. I paid for the work to be done but the heads would keep failing shortly after install. every-time I would call them to come back and check what they replaced they would try to charge me again for the some heads that didnâ  t work for 1 complete season. I was so fed up that I decided to look at what head they were using because the initial install lasted more than 5 years. I found out that instead of replacing the heads with hunter they used on original install, they used some cheap toro heads that keep failing. I lost so much money with these incompetent workers that they hired and nobody takes responsibility when I call to complain. I finally paid them what I owed them for the cheap toro heads that were replaced a year ago that I was charged again for. I def wonâ  t be using their services anymore for opening and closings sprinklers. Just want to point out this company doesnâ  t care about customer loyalty and only care about making a fast buck. They will no longer be servicing and closing my sprinklers annually.

I had a horrible experience with them Called them to activate my system. I told them one head was leaking. They told me it was fine. My landscaper brought it to my attention that it was broken. They came back and first put a small sprinkler head to replace the one I had. They then told me I needed to change a valve or put in a main valve. They then said I should close it off completely. They were unable to resolve the problem and were not nice about the whole situation. I wouldn't recommend them. Don't waste your time or your money with them. They did not come when they were supposed to either.

Field repair people are great. The office staff could not care less about the business. They were rude, and disrespectful and did not care that they were the sole cause of losing a loyal customer. I am a small business owner and rarely write bad reviews. As an owner of a business with 100 employees, I would want to know if I had lost a customer as a result of unnecessary and unwarranted rudeness.
