Mr. Javiere and his team have been cooperative, competent, perfectly able to communicate verbally and through email which has been very reassuring. I have a very old rental property that has had over $10,000. in renovations in the last year. It was nerve racking in many ways and sometimes I was suspicious that I was paying for work that wasn't getting done or that the payment changes were unjustified. Often the men where undependable and seemed to feel they were underpaid. In general they seemed unseemly and arrogant. Mr. Javiere by contrast has been a complete gentlemen and authentically invested in being part of making people happy through extending his skill and expertise. My only worry is that he will soon be overwhelmed by requests for his services. I am grateful for your recommendation and hope you acknowledge your contractors for representing the greatest of small business. Thanks again
