Ramon was amazing. Gave me a great initial quote, then pivoted quickly when I decided on a different shingle product and updated my quote. His company gave me the best deal on replacing my leaking skylights as well. The project was completed ahead of schedule and right on budget. Overall amazing job!

I spoke to numerous roofing companies, and Ramon with Spruce Up Northwest really stuck out to me. He's knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable to communicate with. His crew works very hard, and they do great work! After the roof was done Ramon does a walk through to ensure that you're satisfied with everything. I had a couple things that i wanted to have cleaned up, and Ramon sent Salvador, and Pedro on a Sunday to get it done. They both did an amazing job, and I'm happy with how everything turned out. Labor quoted was dishonest, made a huge mess that we are still cleaning up, and still waiting for a receipt 3 weeks later. I should have just hired the tweaker down the street....

Spruce Up Northwest worked quickly, and within the time frame promised. The finished roofs look beautiful and the staff was so professional. They even did a metal detector sweep to be sure there were no remaining nails and other than the roofs being new, you wouldn't have known they had been here.

I was impressed from the beginning in the care taken to inspect my roofs (both house and garage) and in explaining the types of materials to be used and their advantages to other types. The bid was a little lower than other bids. Weather and other things put off the project, but once the crew started they worked hard and managed to complete the project in 3 days. I was impressed by the professional way in which the project was staged and by the fact that they took the trouble to clean things up at the end of each working day. What was most impressive was the way that Ramon responded to the usual surprises in helping to shore up the garage roof structurally and in replacing worn gutter covers. I would highly recommend this company.

Very responsive. The gentleman who did the work was working in some miserable weather. We asked for a last minute addition to the project. He graciously agreed to do the work despite the cold rain. They provided us with before-and-after pictures to document the work. We highly recommend them.
