Communication from start was clear and professional. However, during the home inspection the inspector spent more time with the selling agent. He was clear who I was, so I’m like I will wait for the report. I did not want to completely shadow the inspector but I arrived early with my family and ready to be engaged.

Mr A was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He examined the areas and explained his findings. He emailed us his findings with pictures. We took his card in case we need him again and we will tell our neighbors about the great job he did with inspecting our home. A great guy!

The saying goes “you pay for what you get.” William was very responsive from beginning to end; very informative; extra detailed oriented; and timely. Even though I hope to not go through another house hunting process, but if I do I will definitely be using him to do any further home inspections.
