Square One Restoration

Definitely Recommend! We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense. If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!

Highly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. Since moving into our new home a month ago we've dealt with a handful of contractors, plumbers, repairmen, etc. and I can say that Ryan and Bob were by far the most professional crew we've had.

Restoration One came out to our house after we experienced water damage in our kitchen. I could not be happier with our experience. They were professional and knowledgeable about everything from start to finish. They showed up quickly and were very reliable throughout the entire process. Highly Recommended!!!

He has done three projects for me, they are protectionists, reliable ethical and really amazing, I refer them to my neighbors and they love them as well, they owner Ryan is also a licensed general contractor which insures all the more the work will be done right and right the first time
