I cannot say enough about Squeaks Plumbing. Because of a bath to shower conversion that was poorly executed by another company and needed a complete plumbing and tile repair, we hired Squeaks, largely because of all of their excellent reviews. Those reviews are well deserved. This was a difficult project. Larry and team were incredibly responsive and took a practical, professional, creative and cost effective solution to the problem and executed it perfectly, partnering with other professionals as needed. I would not hesitate to hire Squeaks again for any plumbing project - simple or complicated.. We will not use anyone else for plumbing projects in the future.

Had a problem with sewer backing up. Called 2 other companies, no one answered, Squeaks Service came out really fast and knocked the problem out in no time. Devonh was a true professional. He knew exactly wut the problem was AND showed us the issue in the drain with a drain camera. I will be calling them again for service......

A Customer Service Representative from Squeaks Service called me and asked if I would like to schedule an appointment for my Tankless Water Heater. I explained to her that I had a Navien Tankless Water Heater and I was getting a error code on the unit and had no hot water. I asked her if the repairmen was familiar with repairing this brand of tankless water heaters. She stated that the repairmen were very familiar and qualified to fix the issue. I told her that the unit was only 4 yrs. old and still under warranty. The repairman came later that afternoon around 2:00 pm. He plugged in the unit, because I unplugged it because there was a odor of natural gas. He saw the error code and he started to look through the manual that came with the unit. I was a little puzzled to see that he need to look up the code and find out what was wrong with it. The code was E.003 - which states it was an igintion problem. The repairman then called Navien to speak with their tech support team. The tech support team guided him to do serveral tests on my unit. After 3 hours, the repairman stated that he had to leave for another job, which it was now around 5:00 pm. I asked the repairman what was going to happen next. He stated that Navien was going to send out the replacement parts. Well, I honestly did not believe him, because I received no confirmation of shipment for any parts. The repairman left after 3 hours and my tankless hot water heater was still not fixed. I called Navien to confirm the shipment of parts. The customer service agent stated that he was waiting for the repairman to do a meter reading on the unit to determine what parts to send out. The repairman NEVER nstated that he had to do a reading and that was going to determine the parts to be sent to me. I called Squeaks Service after 5:00 pm and got the owner on the phone. I explained to him that I was very upset that this repairman did NOT fix or resolve the issue. The owner then called the repairman and we had a 3 way conversation. I asked the repairman why he did not do the reading and he stated that Navien was going to send out the parts. I asked the repairman if he knew how to do this reading or even had the equipment to do so, and he said that he does not know how to do the reading, nor does he have the equipment to do so. I asked the owner who could provide me with a reading and he stated that he wouyld send over a supervisor on Wednesday around 4:30 pm to do the reading, in order to get the parts delivered to me from Navien. So, I got out of work early and waited for the Supervisor. Around 4:50 pm, I receive a call from Squeaks Service Customer Service Representative and she asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I told her that I had an appointment for today at 4:30 pm. Someone at Squeaks Services CANCELLED my appointment without my knowledge. I asked the customer service agent to have the owner give me a call. The owner NEVER returned my phone call. I wasted time and money with this DISHONEST company. And got absolutely NO WHERE with them!
