Squeaky Clean Floors

On Feb 27, I submitted on Angi what I was looking to have done. Jeff called me as soon as I submitted the request, and we scheduled a date for him to come measure and give an estimate (March 11). He did not show. He messaged me on March 13 stating that he just got out of the hospital and we rescheduled to March 16. He called me on March 16 while I was busy at work and left a VM. I responded via text and confirmed. He came to the house on March 16, measured, and provided an estimate. We scheduled the work for April 1 and 2, and I paid $2,000. The charge to the company is on my bank app dated March 16 but he had trouble getting his system to work. He sent me the receipt on March 18. I did not love how the receipt was worded but didn t think anything of it figuring it was a standard in his system. I messaged him and attempted to call him on March 31 to confirm time and how he was getting into the house. I received no response and was unable to leave a voicemail due to box being full. Jeff did not show for the work on April 1. I attempted to reach out via text and call again with no response.

I had my carpets professionally cleaned and the results were honestly better than I expected. I had several high-traffic areas and a few old stains I assumed weren’t coming out, but he was able to remove them and completely refresh the carpet. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The floors looked noticeably brighter and smelled clean without any strong chemical odor. You can tell he takes his work seriously and cares about doing it right. I would absolutely recommend his carpet cleaning service and will be using him again.

They were very professional. Jeff is a super nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone that needs their hardwood floors refinished. We went with a new stain, and we couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. We are gonna use them to keep them up and cleaned from now on. They, also, gave us the best price we could find!

No complaints whatsoever, very happy with the service I received. The cleaner was courteous and professional, the work was efficient and the price was reasonable. Happy to say I'll be using their services in future, and can't recommend them enough.
