15 minutes after the scheduled appointment?- got a message that they would reschedule two days from now. I rearranged my day to be here, prepared for them coming by striping beds, etc. They should have given advanced notice of no-show. They are a services company, not good customer service. Not a good start.

Angela is very professional and prompt. Even brought one of her sons to help with the cleaning. They did the entire first floor (about 1,700 sq. feet) in 3 hours and it was spotless and bright when they finished. We will have them come back in about 2 more weeks and clean both the downstairs and upstairs (3,400 sq feet). Would highly recommend.
