He noticed that the ridge vent on the garage was rotted out. He also replaced that for me. Very reasonable.

This company is extremely flexible and easy to work with! Always wanted to be sure the project was understood by them as to exactly what the customer wanted and expected. Work was delivered accordingly. The work and communication was very professional, respectful and clear. I enjoyed working with this company and would recommend Sronce Construction highly!

Called immediately and drove 21 miles to look over the project, as it might have involved plumbing and major construction. My sink was leaking under my kitchen cabinets. He drove back to get his tools and returned, all within 1 hour of my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. Obtained access to plumbing from outside and found copper pipe had split. I could not get supplies as lumberyard did not have right pipe and connectors, so he Gerry rigged a pipe out of what material I had until I can obtain such or get a plumber to redo whole outlet. Wanted to charge me $25. I insisted that he take much more.

Haven't started my project yet, but talking with him, I am sure his work will be excellent. (and made a friend)

Short project on garage door that I helped with. He didn't want to charge me for a 30 minute fix. I insisted anyway. Good hearted person.

Hard worker.Stated to me that he would my fence put up and done in two days. The job was completed in the time he said. He did a very good job and cleaned up everything up after he was done. I also thought that he gave a reasonable bid for the job.

Friendly and professional. Helpful with project ideas. Hard worker. Completed work in a timely manner.

Porch deck and ceiling. He came, gave reasonable bid promptly , knew the job and materials, started immediately and worked straight through, did the job well and cleaned up after himself .
