I noticed the water heater was out late Friday night, having had extremely poor customer service in the past from other contractors I was pretty concerned. I called at 7:00 AM no answer but I left a message. By this time I had left about 4 other messages to other plumbers with 24/7 service. I started getting concerned as I am having people for dinner tonight for my dads birthday. About 10 minutes later I got a call. Adam said he would be at our house in 45 minutes. He was! He gave us a a fair estimate we agreed and by noon he was all done and I was on with my day. Very impressed. He was super nice and professional. I still haven t had a call back from any of the others. I can t tell you after dealing with people who don t show up or answer their phones how happy we are. Any plumbing issue we have in the future we are calling Adam! Thanks again Adam you saved my life today.
