After recent heavy rain, I found wet and muddy carpet in the laundry room. St. Joe Mudjack was the first company where a human answered the phone. They came out right away. They filled in the voids around the foundation and removed drywall to seal the crack from the inside. Now we are clean and dry!

High quality work! Bill worked with us to make sure we were taken care of start to finish. Will be using St Joe Mudjack again and would definitely recommend. Get it fixed and get it done right!

Previously posted on this company a poor review. It was actually a company that had misrepresented as being St. Joe Mudjack! I haven't worked with this company before so just be aware and check 2x Mr. Server has always been very kind and my apologies for any negative impact.

I have pros and cons of working with this business for mud jacking. Initially he did show up quickly for the quote. We used him based off of the quoted price, warranty and google reviews. Our final bill ended up being quite a bit more than the estimate due to and unexpected void. They did start our project quickly and worked through the heat which I appreciate. They seemed nice and communicated during work. The older man was entertaining for my kids watching through the window with spraying the water hose. We paid the extra total amount the following pay period and he was out promptly to collect the check. At that time I showed him that the caulk in all of the areas had cracked and he said he would be back out to fix it with a different caulk. I've contacted him a few times to which he has responded that he would be out and then he doesn't show. I've also sent pictures of an area that has settled again and now he is not responding. So as far as the warranty goes, I would take that with a grain of salt and don't pay extra for caulking. It was also left quite messy with mud flung on several parts of our house, windows, driveway and garage door. There's also 3 oil spots on our driveway. I hate to leave a negative review. I like supporting smaller businesses/ family businesses but I still expect quality work, especially for that kind of money .
