I would give Kevin and St. John Electric 10 stars if I could. He put in a fairly challenging outlet for me and also a second outlet for a freezer in the basement and did an excellent job. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be calling him in the future for a generator installation. I recommend him highly and without reservations.

Hired Kevin to replace service mast that bent from storms. He was proactive in contacting inspector to ensure scope of work optained permit and even went to check out remote location of property. He arrived as planned with power company for service disconnect. Durning this work it was determined that garage was improperly connected to meter. Kevin came up with plan came back next day and corrected this issue as well.

Kevin came to our house on the Sunday following Christmas. Did not mind since we were in need. Polite, professional, knowledgeable.

He upgraded the electrical box, changed out a light fixture and a bathroom fan. He had to hunt to find the correct fan. His estimate was very reasonable.

This is an exceptional company all around. I believe that hiring someone to do work in your home is an already challenging task, but hiring someone for electrical work which can become complex and critical to complete correctly is even more difficult. St. John Electric impressed me on every front. They were very communicative throughout the process, providing information to me throughout the day, no matter how many questions I asked. They were thorough in explaining exactly what was going to happen and making sure that I was not only aware, but that I was satisfied before and after the work started. We originally hired St. John Electric to help us install a transfer switch in our home for a portable generator. They did a phenomenal job in making sure we understood how to use it, how to operate the new system and made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. Once we realized how amazing they were, we quickly scheduled more work with them. They have not only made our home better in terms of fixing long-standing problems and finally giving us the capability to use things the right way, but they've made our home and family safer. They discovered wiring problems we weren't aware of and never would have noticed. Other contractors and electricians have glossed over these items time and time again, but St. John Electric pointed the problems out, told us our options and then ensured that they were fixed properly. Being happy with their performance is an understatement...simply put, this company is amazing and I am so thankful to have found them to start work with.
