David was awesome! When he said he'd be there, he was. He went out of his way to make sure he was giving me good information and the best rates possible. The day he was installing my new cooler, he noticed I was about to work on a sprinkler head I'd broken in my front yard, and he stopped (unasked) to help me out...ultimately ending up doing the repair himself! Not only am I thrilled with the new cooler and the quality of service I received from Sta-Cool Refrigeration, I have also come to the conclusion that David is 'Good People' -- which is a conclusion I've shared with others at my work when I recommended Sta-Cool Refrigeration to them!

David was very understanding when I discovered it was a breaker problem, even though he was already outside the door! This kind of response, although not one that fills the bank coffers, builds trust for future business. Given our unpredictable furnace, that seems a likely event.

They came right away and were very kind. When one of the technicians couldn't come, David himself showed up. I put in the request at 7:00 am, and they were there by 9:30 am. It was a small problem, so we ended up paying quite a bit for something we probably could have done for a few dollars, but nonetheless, the problem got fixed. A++ for timelinesss and friendliness.
