I can not begin to express how thankful I am for this company. The owner came out and gave me a quote within 24 hours of calling. He had his crew on site within a week and the job was completed in 3 days. Fernando and his crew worked non stop to get my house where it needed to be. The owner checked on the progress through the entire process and was always extremely professional when I spoke with him. Everything was picked up after the job was completed. I am beyond happy with the work that was done.

Great doing business with Stabil-Loc. Would highly recommend this company. Would like to thank Fernando for his hard work in this oppressive summer heat. He s a good example of someone who really wants to please the customer.

Estimate given was $1500. The owner explained that even though it would only be a 3-hour repair, we still had to pay for the full day. There was a 3-hour rain delay, no work and once they drilled the hole and inspected, the foreman showed us that there was a 3 feet gap or hole, they did not bring enough motor. They had to go out and buy several more which still did not fix the problem. The owner showed up late afternoon and said there was no way of knowing before starting, but he had ran out and bought a scope which could not be used that day because too much motor had been pumped in and was wet. They had to leave and come back 2nd day after motor was set and was able to use the scope and find the proper procedure to complete the repair. Simple little job ended up taking 2 days and cost $3000. We realize that this was an odd occurrence but if a scope had been available and used when the 1st hole was drilled that it possibly could have been completed in one day. I may be mistaken but 3hr rain delay, 2 lunch hours and not knowing the problem until late in the afternoon may have caused the work to carry over to the second day. All the workers, owner included seemed nice and personable and the work was finally done satisfactorily and the site was cleaned up.

My job looks great. If clean up had been better and a few trees had not been damaged it was Perfect.

We had a kneewall repair done. The owner came immediately and gave us an estimate. He told us what they were going to have to do to fix the probem, and that is exactly what they did. The crew working for the company did a fantastic job, very courteous, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up after they were finished. We would definitely use them again.
