Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project.

Excellent customer service from start to completion on having our new deck built. Dan gave a great first estimate saving us money with top quality materials. Peter, the owner, assisted initially and was friendly and professional helping us through the permit process. The on-site Supervisor Daniel, for the deck construction, is very friendly and helpful. The crew, Joel and Curtis, are also friendly and helpful working hard and steady through the completion of deck. Finally, Ben, the other Owner, is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. A couple minor issues needed repair at completion of job and he fixed them great quickly. We love our new deck!!! Thanks Sta-Built!!!

The work the crew did on my retaining wall and installation of a stone seating area was fabulous. I would hire Sta-Built again without a doubt.

Polite and professional, great recommendations and they did a great job

Initially we were very happy with the work done. Part of the agreement was to move some eco-blocks to a convenient place so that we could finish our landscaping. The workers had completed work with the excavator and had moved it out of the yard while the eco-blocks were left against a tree in the middle of the side yard. When I told Hector the Project Manager that they had to be moved he told me that they couldn't get the excavator back in but we could wait for the dirt road behind my house to dry out and they would come back and move them. So, when it was dry I called and asked them to finish the job but they don't answer my calls and won't call back. These guys are happy to tell you what you want to hear to sell the job but may not deliver. Beware.

Professional and have good looking trucks and equipment. Good cleanup after each day. So far no issues. Job is almost done. They have done what they said they would do.

An estimator (Leland) showed on the afternoon of the day we made contact; very responsive. The two man installation crew was superb, well equipped, and they really knew what they were doing. The project turned out better than I had pictured, in fact, way better. It is a result I could not have completed as a DIY project.

Sta-Built did a fabulous job on extending our patio and putting in a fire pit. They were professional, cleaned up every day, and even were able to start our project 3 weeks earlier then they had originally told us. If I ever needed any paver work again, they would be the first company I called!
