My ac unit went down on the July 4th. Jeff arrived with in 15 minutes found the issue was a blown fuse. The man didn't charge me a dime since I was local and it was a quick fix. Solid individual. You rarely get honest service like that nowadays.

Great experience. Called at 11 AM and they were at my house by 3 PM, same day with no extra "rush" charge. As soon as they walked Jeff immediately knew the issue just by the sound. Offered up what the repairs would cost along with the option of a new unit as this was 18 years old and never has been serviced once in that time frame. Made it my choice and was very honest with me. I opted for the repair and am hoping for another 10 years of service. I will use them on an annual basis going forward for regular PM.

"Thanks for the crappy review. How about he came same day in snow storm on a Sunday and got our furnace working temporarily until they could install next day. Finished the job in under 6hrs, saved us $1,000 vs the other company who tried to rip us off and even followed up a few days after install to get feedback. These reviews are very valuable to prospective customers. If you can?t be fair and honest or take them serious, then you would probably be better NOT to say anything. We installed on 12/13/17 and have not heard anything from you since then. Please keep in mind our office is staffed and ready to assist you in any capacity. The insta"

Hired Stack Comfort to install a new cooling system - old system broke down and was complicated by the fact that the system had been installed years ago in our extremely old home. Stack worked closely with us to remedy several issues including the lack of an exchange on the first floor of our home - which prevented cooling throughout. Our house is now cool throughout the home. Stack was extremely professional, provided excellent customer service and the quality of the work was outstanding. Jeff and company were determined to ensure that the challenges with our system were resolved. I highly recommend Stack Comfort!

We had just purchased a home and found out we needed a new furnace. Jeff was quick, response and wonderful to work with. He worked around our schedule and gave us multiple options to choose from so we could decide which option would work best for us. We received many quotes and we got the better price with Stack Comfort for the product/brand we were receiving. Jeff scheduled our furnace install on a Saturday morning which we greatly appreciated as it was really the only time we had available. Install took a little longer than I think was necessary but that was due to one of them showing up later and they took breaks often. Luckily we had the time to wait, but they did leave the place very clean and professionally installed. I would definitely recommend them for your furnace and AC needs.

I called and talked to the office and Immediately knew these were good people. The installation crew was on time, kind and courteous. I believe his name was Joey G, he came to the door with a smile and explained the whole process that was going to happen. The job was fast , efficient and done to perfection. They even insisted hard piping it in. I will definitely use Stack Comfort Solutions going forward. It's nice to see companies that still care about customer service!!

First experience with purchasing a furnace and we couldn't be happier with Stack Comfort. Jeff was very professional and straight forward with everything. Jeff inspected our air conditioning unit and said it was still in good shape so no need to replace it at this time. So we didn't get the sell job put on us. Our 11 year old furnace/air failed during a hot and humid spell. Jeff came out on a Monday evening, gave us an estimate to repair and cost to replace. We decided to replace. Jeff provided us with a room air conditioning unit to tide us over for a day until his guys could come over and install a new system on Wednesday. Our previous HVAC company said it would be 2 weeks before they could install a new system. His crew arrived on time and finished the project in time despite storms that day. Jeff and his crew explained our new system and how it worked. I will continue to use Stack H-Vac and would highly recommend them.
