I hired Stackhouse Plumbing Solutions to do a small job for me. First of all, the price quoted was more reasonable than anyone else I contacted. The customer service was excellent, Drew kept me updated on timing. When he got here, he looked at the situation and told me that he didnâ t recommend doing what I hired him to do. He said he would do it and subsequently take my payment if I insisted, but he just didnâ t recommend it. THAT sold me on Stackhouse Plumbing Solutions. Drew was super nice and friendly. Thanks Drew for being real and honest with me.

CAME OUT ON SATURDAY AND GOT THE DRAINAGE PROBLEM FIXED BUT THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM SOMEWHERE IN THE DRAIN LINE

I hired Drew Stackhouse of Stackhouse Plumbing Solutions, LLC to install two toilets in my home. During the entire time he was in my home he complained about the job he agreed to complete. He complained about how much time would be required to complete the job. He complained about how low his quote was in relation to how much time he would spend to complete it. So I agreed to pay more. He promised to provide haul-away services then changed his mind. He nearly threw away finishing parts for my toilets and I had to chase him down into street to recover. The worse part is when I informed him of the poor quality of his work, even providing videos as evidence, he stated there was nothing he could do about it. Overall, I would NEVER rehire or recommend to my family/friends Drew Stackhouse or Stackhouse Plumbing Solutions, LLC!

I had a problem with my main drain. Drew was the ONLY plumber that worked around my schedule. He came out on Sunday, diagnoised the problem and then fixed it. Amazing work ethic, his workman ship is excellent and his prices are more than fair. Drew is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire again.

Very good plumber, but the price was a little high!

6/16/20. Requested plumbing services to replace hose bib via online. Received several referrals and was contacted by Stackhouse first. Since they had a plumber in the area, I went with them. The plumber arrived and said that repair could be costly because of the possibility of having to complete the repair inside the stucco. He gave me the figure for the worst-case scenario. Turns out the repair took all of ten minutes. Unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. I later spoke with Howard, company owner, and expressed my concern about the price of the repair. He reported problems with that plumber which he had addressed and he made a fair adjustment to the cost of the repair. I was very pleased with his response.

Had these guys called out to my house to give me a free quote on installing a water main shutoff valve for my condo? What they do not tell you is that the quote is not free... they charged me almost $200 for 20minutes worth of work, which did not involve any labor. I highly do not recommend it. Very unprofessional to not disclose that there will be hidden fees on a free quote.

We hired Drew because his prices were reasonable and he was easy to work with. He adds value to the projects with skills and experience. We will be hiring him again for future projects.

Best plumber we ever had!!!

Toilet install was great. Clean up is where he drop off. We had to clean our tub after he poured toilet water in it. We had to clean our bathroom trash basket. We had to wash our driveway, because he bled all over it, after he cut himself.

You know when you think you will do a project with no issues? Well thankfully Stackhouse Plumbing was available to come quickly to help us with things we were unable to handle ourselves. Mike was amazing super helpful very friendly veteran who was thorough with explanations and cared about our concerns. I would highly recommend them! I know we will use them again.

Drew with Stackhouse called immediately and went out the next day to assess our issue. He was very punctual, professional and pricing was more than fair with having to replace the bolts in 2 toilets. Definitely recommend!

Very professional. Communicated about arrival. On time. Offered to remove shoes. Hired to check for leaks. He was very thorough. Checked EVERY place that water flows, inside and out. He even checked my meter. I ended up hiring him for additional work on spa repair.

Drew ended up charging me more money than the quote he gave me after making up some bs excuse. He had to leave to get parts and smelled of alcohol when he returned. He did not clean up his mess upon job completion.
