Arthur is a true professional. He inspected two properties for me in East Boston and Chelsea. For one property, he could not access the roof due to snow, so he graciously agreed to come the next day to complete the job. His report was very thorough.

Arthur walked me the seller through the home in a way that made me feel very comfortable going into the purchase of the home with open and informed eyes. He impressed the sellers agent, the builder, and the buyers agent so much they all asked for cards and sounded like they wanted to engage him on projects in the future.

12/2016 Arthur is very professional, and the presentation binder that he gives you is very helpful and impressive. 2017 Update NOT IMPRESSED! Inspector missed MAJOR ISSUES with the home; which has no lead to budgeting/payment plans/loans and additional expenses/repairs. Contacted him regarding the 1st issue; he replied sorry to hear, did you (me) attempt the work mentioned and I can recmd someone. REALLY...... Second major issue didn't even bother to contact him! Nevertheless in his report this were not in red or major concerns to him and the major concerns he noted/pictures were wrong!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !
