Run! Run fast! This guy is a con artist! We paid 50k for a 30k project that was never completed. Ronnie Stafford is a con artist! Do not let him smooth talk you into anything, he's only interested in taking your money !!!!????

Originally this was how we were matched while he was here we discovered an issue with need a new roof instead .Everything was wonderful until Mr. Stafford simply disappeared leaving the agreed work unfinished. Now I have to find someone else to complete the job. They still have keys to my house and our garage door opener. I need them back.

They did not know what they were doing. It seemed like a lot of trial and error was going on. We went back and forth to Lowe's so many times buying and returning stuff as they had no idea the exact pipes or even the vanity top or cabinet that would fit. They did not clean up properly. They did not follow the instructions for the installation of the shower stall also the faucet is not centered. We had to make molding for fit around it so it wouldn't look bad. They spilled purple PVC primer on our floor that was only a year old which could not be cleaned so they had to replace the floor. We could not find the exact flooring so we had to change it. It did not come out as nice as it was before as you can now see the seems and they cut it wrong so they had to piece in a section. The pipes under the house are not done correctly so we will have to pay a licensed plumber to come fix it. They also never insulated the pipes or sealed the membrane under the house to keep them from freezing. We have called and sent numerous emails and have not heard back from him. We had to re-do all the holes in the walls as they just used regular masking tape covered by joint compound and when it dried it all wrinkled. They also dropped their tools on our floors several times as they walked back and forth. As you can see this rating is what they deserve.

They did a great job, showed up on time and cleaned up after.
