Mike and his team added a third stall to our garage. Really happy with the craftsmanship and experience. Timeline was what was promised and where there were delays we would be communicated with and explained why. Also answered all our questions throughout the project and helped understand options. Would use them again and recommend.

I'm extremely satisfied with Stafford construction for their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work. I hired Mike and his team to build a detached garage for me in '22 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was important to me that the new garage match the style and appearance of my home - and he nailed it! Prior to the build Mike and I went over all details of the project, and he remained easy to contact and answer questions throughout the build process. Construction moved along at a good pace and the crew took care of cleanup at the end of each day. Even Mike's subcontractors for concrete, electric, etc. were professional, did great work and were very happy to discuss the job and answer questions. I can strongly recommend Stafford Construction based on the excellent experience I had with a garage build that went exactly as planned, on time and on budget.

Mike Stafford Construction I designed my garage with the help of a drafter. I had never designed a garage so half the time, I was not really sure what I wanted or how I could get what I wanted. Mike Stafford, of Stafford Construction, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions for improvements; he provided ideas for saving money so I could afford the extras. My garage turned rec room is beautiful. Everyone that sees it, comments on what an amazing space it is. Mike really worked with me throughout the project. At times I was a bit of a pain, I likely called him 5 times a week. Every time I called he treated my questions or concerns as though they were completely reasonable. My wife had a number of concerns, and every time I called Mike, he had it all under control and what ever her concerns were he had already had a plan in place. The quality of work was great. Pictures speak louder than words...

Shawn and his construction team were helpful, thorough, and alll about details. We are very pleased with the work they did on our garage, which was 3/4 a new garage.

<p>I was introduced to Mike Stafford and his construction business through a family friend. We contacted him in the spring of 2014 because the footings on our deck were heaving and causing damage to our house. He was able to come out and mitigate the issue so that it would not cause further damage until the footing could be fixed after the ground thawed. This was a huge benefit to us as the heaving would have caused much more costly damage to the house and the rest of the deck had he not been able to fix it quickly. </p> <p>We had him set to repair the footings during the summer - it was a nasty job as it required him to dig in clay soil and the hole kept filling with water. So, it was a long process of bailing and digging. He was able to dig down deeper, secure the footings and also added rebar to ensure that they would not heave again. Clearly there was a problem with water drainage at the home.</p> <p>We hired another contractor to address the water issue and install a patio. As we were putting the plans together, we decided to install a porch under the deck. Mike was a saint - he worked to provide several bids and options so that we could find one that would fit into our budget. Mike came through with a BEAUTIFUL project. I was continually impressed with his proactive communication - he provided regular updates on progress, apprised me of what time the crew would be onsite, met with me to go over questions/decisions I needed to make and was meticulous about every little detail of the project. He also coordinated his work and scheduled his team around other contractors working at the site and gave me much needed advice when I had questions. </p> <p>We feel we hit the jackpot with Stafford Construction. If you're seeking a contractor with good communication, attention to detail and budget flexibility - as well as amazing design - then look no further. The work was begun shortly after I hired Mike Stafford. A crew removed and leveled my old parking space, removing a large section of a wire fence. they then poured a 24x22 foot floor and surrounded all but the opening for the garage door and rear entry door with blocks to allow the structure to not touch the ground. The structure was completed in a day, and the siding and roof were finished shortly after. The electric was installed with an abundance of outlets and lighting. I purchased outdoor lighting which was immediately installed by the electrician and then the yard was cleaned thoroughly by the staff. All work was done in a timely fashion, while keeping in constant contact. Payments were spread over the time of construction, and finalized upon the completion and my satisfaction with the work. I am very happy with the final product and would highly recommend Mike and his staff.

Mike and his team were prompt and professional with their suggestions and quote.  They showed up when they said they would.  They completed the job as promised and did nice work.  They cleaned up after the job.  I am satisfied with the result. <br />
