Stafford & Sons

They only did about 1/3 of the job, the tree limbs are laying on the ground where they fell, they have not been here for 2 & 1/2 weeks. They have not communicated with me, however they have not been paid or will they be paid unless they complete this job.

Top notch! Gave reasonable quote with thorough description of what they would do to fix our problem. Set up time to do work, arrived with help in a timely fashion. Did work well with minimal mess, cleaned up well. Project turned out better than I expected, personable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and timely. Am definitely planning to call Stafford & Sons again for several future projects we have coming up. Would highly recommend them to friends and all. They do a variety of different work. Not only talk the talk, but actually walk the walk. Right work ethic! Can't say thank you enough.

We hired Stafford & Sons to replace the railing and floorboards on our deck. It seemed like they are newly starting up their business and so, we thought it will be nice to provide them an opportunity despite their higher quote compared to another one we received. They came as scheduled and started their work. It was strange that they stained our deck in rain. They did a second coat of stain the next day. We were waiting a couple of days to dry and went to check the deck. We noticed that parts of the deck were not stained. Also, parts of them were blotchy as expected since they were stained in rain. They did not remove the wood from the demo. And a couple of the spindles were not nailed in properly. I contacted Michael and he responded that he will come by next Tuesday to fix the issues. On Tuesday morning, he said he will be there around 9: 30 am and that he is getting the materials. I cleared my schedule to wait for him and after 2 hours, no one showed up and I texted him if he was on his way. No response at all after that. We have never received a receipt for our payment and details of 1 yr warranty that Michael said he will receive. It sounds like as soon as the check payment got cleared, they didnt care about standing on their word. It is very unprofessional and dishonest.

Stafford& Son was on time for project, and finish in a timely manner. Very professional. Would hire them for other projects if needed. Thank you
