Eric was very easy to work with. He came and did a free evaluation of what was needed and left and estimate for the exact amount it would cost. We coordinated a time for the work to be done - replace water pressure valve & replace valve in basement for turning the outside sprinkler system on & off. He came on time and replaced both valves within a couple of hours, tested and set the water pressure via the new valve. No problems or surprises at all. I like having a plumber come and not try to sell you additional work, charge you a trip charge... Eric is a good guy and it shows in his ethics and good work.
