Angella is amazing! We are both Realtors, but I don't stage listings myself...I call Angella Meyer with Staged to Sell! My family and I actually bought a home that she had staged and that's how I was introduced to her work. We loved the decor so much, I reached out to her after closing and asked if she would a) tell me where she gets such cute stuff (she wouldn't, lol), and b) if she would ever help stage my listings for me. Now she's the only stager I hire! Just do whatever she says. She's a genius with this stuff! I'm serious. I had an empty listing sit there for ages and it sold within 24 hours after she staged and we did a photo reshoot. It had multiple GOOD offers, too! It cost my seller $3k, but it saved them from having to do another price drop of $10k-$15k, so do the math and hire Angella before you list! She's also a very kind, funny, personable, and hardworking person. Plus she will clean your house before photos and showings, lol! Bonus!

Angella is a realtor and helped stage my fathers home who had passed away. She recommended to do a couple things before we sell the house, gave me her professional opinion, so we painted the house, re-did some of the interior and replaced the carpet that revealed some beautiful hardwood floors. She had ideas how to stage the home, her team came with a truckload of furniture, and were in and out quickly. For the open house, she went through one more time, set it all up, she made it look nice and when people went through, it seemed like they had a real sense of the house potential. We got 3 offers the first weekend! Angella is very funny, listens to you, knows what you want to do and is straightforward with what needs to be done. She hit my house out of the park! We were so happy with her team, they were efficient, in and out quickly. Very affordable. I plan to use her again!

Angella is the most conscientous person I have ever worked with. She is detail-oriented, works non-stop, and was able to get in touch with contractors to do the repairs we needed. We even ended up selling the house above the asking price and we sold it in one day!
