Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
I told them there was soft spots to repair... instead of asking if I wanted to put a new sub floor down.. they quickley tiled over the old subfloor... and now I have a HUGE sag when you try to walk in the middle of my livingroom... and I've also found nail heads coming up through the new vinyl. The installers were told that they wouldn't get paid until it was done...and they complained to me that they weren't subfloor installers only vinyl layers... My contract was to fix the bad areas. This was not done and I'm being told now there is nothing they can do to fix my problem.. I'm stuck with a very expensive nightmare. All guests notice the spot... Its the middle of my livingroom... I'm getting the word out. With the price I paid I expected a solid floor.
