Derek & Cody, did an outstanding job. It was refreshing to experience that their constant communications and answer any concerns we had not to mention the promptness. Our concrete patio with Epoxy color Terracotta came out awesome.

Small repair job. Circa 36SF. They came a second time at my request for a touch up. No protest. Worked maybe 90 minutes total and charged $1200. I thought that was a lot. But, happy with the service and the product.

Derek has been the only contractor in over 19 years to show up at the time they said they would be at my home. Other than a few spots that you can see (only are an angle looking into the sun) the job turned out great. The spots probably resulted due to the age of the floor (20 years) and the hot tire marks on the concrete over that period of time.

Stain Tech is the flooring professional you want to go with involving your epoxy flooring needs! Derek Payne (Stain Tech owner) and his crew, including Ron and Stacey took their time and ensured each that each stage of the process was completed with precision and expertise. Stain Tech used high quality materials and tools guaranteeing the finished product will last for many many many years if not decades. In addition they did a fantastic job of repairing concrete cracks and power washing my side walk. If you want lasting quality at a fair price go with Stain Tech!

I hired someone first and it didn't come from Homeadvisor and they didn't work out. Went back to Homeadvisor to find a pro in your network and found Stain Tech LLC. My project was difficult they had to remove all old paint on garage floor first then apply polymer. Stain tech pro helped do work successfully and with proper equipment. Dustless process, garage floor is looking beautiful. Did a good job in corners and around opening of garage door looks beautiful. Very professional and very kind. Amazing price for work on such a large 3.5 car garage. Warranty work is very good as well, came back to to repair damage caused by rain, very prompt to come back out.

Driveway completed but many spots remained untreated, or missed. Had to call several times for correction. Did not return my calls. My wife is very sick and in hospice, my daughter is on crutches, both complain the garage floor and driveway are slick when wet. Concerned there maybe a lawsuit in my future from guests or visitors.
Response by Stain Tech, LLC: We initially completed this job on 2-15-17. We prepared and surface washed the entire driveway, patio and large 2 car garage - over 2100 total sqft. We installed a full flake epoxy coating with a great amount off texture in the flake. We then applied a UV stabile 2 part Polyurethane top coat sealant over the flake. Customer then contacted us a week later letting us know he would like a few areas touched up (less than 5 sqft), which we scheduled for the customer and went over there within a weeks time to fix, which has been completed. We have pictures and phone records to indicate that we responded to all calls of this customers. I was often the one calling him to schedule the touchup time and was constantly in contact with him, as I am all of my customers, as you can tell from all of our other 5 star reviews. This customer was educated in advance about anytime that a surface is sealed, meaning nowhere for water to penetrate, that it may be slightly slick and to use caution when the floor is wet, even though this particular floor was very textured and course and far less slick than any other surface when wet...Stain Tech values our reputation and we go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. This customer recommended us to his neighbors after seeing how beautiful our work was so this review is disheartening but we strive to satisfy all customers and we stand behind our work.

I know that epoxy floor coatings can be very expensive to apply. For the amount of flooring I had covered combined with the staining of my fence, Stain Tech provided me with a great finished product and a very reasonable price. Thanks, guys. You did outstanding work!
