Stainless Carpet Cleaning

I was very pleased with my Stainless Carpet Cleaning experience. I dealt directly with the owner who was courteous, prompt, and very professional. I was able to schedule quickly and was very pleased with the service. We walked through to look at each area before beginning and had a final walk through after when my carpets looked better than they have in years! Their pricing is reasonable especially when dealing with older carpets. Overall, a job well done!

Very good communication, reasonable price! Colin is very personable! Very thorough cleaning, took his time on two rooms and a recliner. My carpets look great and my house smelled amazing in the cleaning process!

Colin was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very reasonable. He came out to do the initial consultation and was very honest about what needed to be done and to set my expectations. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars was I had some delays in getting back in touch with him to set the date but now that he has completed the job I would hire him again.

Colin is very knowledgeable about carpet issues. He has extensive experience with carpet installations, repairs and cleaning. I'm confident he did as good a job stretching my carpets as possible.

Colin repaired a section of carpet that had been torn up by a dog that lived here previously. The seam where the new piece of carpet butted up against the other carpeting was such that you could barely tell it had been patched. The carpet cleaning afterwards was equally impressive. Colin was friendly, very attentive to my needs, and was willing to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend him for any carpet repairs and cleaning you may need in the future.

Extremely nice, professional &flexible. Personality was a 20. Collin was very accommodating, considering I flew in to get my fatherâ s place cleaned due to him being sick. Collin went over and beyond my expectations in customer service and quality of his work. I was quoted twice the amount from other companies! Will definitely use this company every time we need this service!

Owner himself came on time even though he had called 2 hours early that he may be late. Did not charge to move the furniture. Did extra repair work and was not going to charge if it didnt work.. it did. Got a white area rug spotless. Super job . Will hire again!

Unprofessional. Didn't show up and he lied about being here at 10 am on Monday to re-do the job. Says he left HomeAdvisor and blamed it on them. Said to not even bother calling them in the text he sent over to me.
