? WARNING ? DO NOT HIRE THIS BLINDS MAN ? I do NOT recommend doing business with this man. He tried to keep my deposit and the only reason he finally showed up to do half of the work was because I made a post on Facebook warning others about my experience. He came took measurements never came back never followed up, when he finally answered asked us to take him to smalls court claim, he has an old address on the receipts, all the 5 star reviews are fake, from his friends & family, his a drunkie, he he has mental problems, he would send text messages mad one minute later talking about let?s start over, his mood changes real quick. There are also multiple people who have reported similar issues, where he takes deposits and does not complete the job. This has caused me a lot of stress. When he came to my home, he was very unprofessional and started arguing with my husband, with me, and even in front of my guests. I did not feel comfortable with him being at my house.

4/15/26 review update Jared Staley, Same as other poor reviews. Takes your money and won't refund even when you have cancelled and the job is not done. Now that you have returned the shutters to your manufacturer, I would like you to return the $230 Zelle money to me. Please note in your second invoice, I have paid in full and $0 is due. Please note your texts stating you were returning them, therefore you are not out any money, I am. I have left a google and yelp review. I should have checked there first before contacting you. Many of the customers you have dealt with are not very happy and it appears you have used the same excuses repeatedly. It?s a con. I have contacted Zelle through my bank, if you continue to get complaints you could lose your Zelle capabilities. I have reported you contract number to CSLB. This is elder abuse taking my money and not returning it. Refund of $230. Buyer beware, don't use Zelle or cash. Jared took too long to answer my first text. After finally meeting, I allowed myself to be talked into shutters, I did not want. After several weeks of trying to get an install date, I tried to cancel, Jared answered immediately. I received two different invoices, one with no real info, the second showing paid in full and now they were for my address only and can't be canceled. Another month goes by, I asked him to just drop off the product by the front door, I would be donating to Habitat for Humanity. I was told I owe more money. I was told they shutters were "custom made", but now he would return them to the manufacture. So now I'm out the money and no shutters to donate. I would love to post the texts and invoice. I have text I can upload
