Used Sparrow and Co who subcontracted work out on a few projects in my house, Overall the qualityof the work was good. Most of the jobs took longer than I would have liked them too. Left a few loose ends that I had to pay for out of pocket.

Stan is a second-generation general contractor, with many years experience. He has great insights on each step of the project, and keeps on top of the schedule. Equally as important, Stan has excellent subcontractors working with him. I'm fairly particular, and at no time did I feel like I needed to second-guess any decisions that were being made or work that was being done. Building and remodeling will always be somewhat stressful, and unexpected challenges always arise, but working with Stan made the job as smooth as possible. If your project is bigger than a basic one-trade, handyman job, definitely give Stan a call.
