I would give a zero but yelp wont let me do it. Kamar or possibly Qamar who wouldnâ t give me the spelling of his first name or give me his last name, came out twice to repair my clothes washer and broke the washer worse than it was before he touched it. Before he came out for the â repairâ the clothes washer was making a noise like it does with an unbalanced load. When Kamar said the washer was fixed the washer was rattling, there was a metallic grinding noise, the drum was rubbing and knocking and the entire machine was trying to rattle itself apart. I stopped the â testâ load of two towels after I took a video of how horrible the â fixedâ clothes washer working. When Kamar came out for the third time and offered to fix the clothes washer I refused because I had no confidence that he was actually going to fix the clothes washer. When I asked for a refund of the cost of the labor because he obviously did not perform the task that he was hired to do, he became verbally belligerent and would not stop arguing with me about the entire â jobâ and about if the clothes washer was in fact fixed or not. There was no resolution that was attained and I had to get the sheriff to come to my house before Kamar would leave. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY.

Qumran appeared to be confident and professional, so we hired him to repair our dryer. We promptly paid him when he was finished. He never tested his own repairs and when we tried to dry clothes, the room heated up and fogged up the windows. We called Qamar  and he did come back out and do another repair, but again he did not check his own repair. When we tried to dry clothes, the drum would not stop running when we opened the door. Qamar came back out and used glue to repair the switch. He told us to wait an hour for the glue to set. About four hours later, I tried to open the door. The drum was still running and when I closed the door it blew a breaker. Needless to say, we lost all confidence and told him as much. Trying to be reasonable, I told him I would pay the service call and the price of the part, but he needed to refund the repair cost. He was going to come back out, but there is always an excuse, and he refused to refund just the cost of the labor. After telling him what I expected, he became combative and showed his true nature. Not good. When I knew he was not going to refund his labor, I suggested he just come back and try to repair it again. Now we are ghosted.

Set up for July 7 to start job. He had an emergency. Set up for July 9. Complete no show and did not contact me. Have not heard from him. Very disappointed.

This company customer service is total unprofessional and the job was not done correctly. I do not recommend using this company.
