Very shady company. Merged with Pol's but try to say otherwise. They are supposed to grant all contract and promises from pol's and yet told us they did not. We paid Pol's ahead of time for winter and summer maintenance like we do every year. Pol's just went ahead and contracted out our service to standard and when they completed the service they tried to make us pay again. They refused to admit to the agreement and payment we already made and insisted on payment again . They went on to say they have nothing to do with Pol's and we should get a refund check. Yeah right! Extensively argued with Kelly on the phone. It's the same phone number as Pol's and she is the same employee but would not admit to it. We service the new Trane unit of $11,000 barley 3 years old 2 times a year with no issues and the unit works great. They tried to charge us 350 to do a leak check. He said we have a leak of freeon. Then proceeded to say it would be $1,000 for labor on warranty part. Crooked company

I really canâ t say enough great things about the service. Amy called me about 5 minutes after I sent a request, and they had techs out later that afternoon. We had them install all new flex duct at a very reasonable price, all done quickly and neatly. I canâ t recommend Standard highly enough. Theyâ ve got a customer for life here!

They called within 15 minutes after I specified my problem on home advisor. We arranged the repair to be done asap, technician came within an hour, looked at my thermostat and furnace, found the problem to be in safety regulator in the furnace. He replaced the regulator, and that fixed the problem. The whole visit took less than half an hour. Price was reasonable, especially for the very fast service.

This was a service call to see if our unit was in fair enough condition to sell the house. It is very old and they did confirm what we already suspected, with pictures. We can now move forward with the correct information needed.

AC unit wasn't frozen but wasn't cooling either, so I knew something was up. Carson came out to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. It was a 16-year old system that I could either bandaid with a costly major-repair, or I could go ahead and install a new system. Went ahead and ordered a new system since it will be a better selling point in the future anyway. Bruce and Graham came out the day after the next (once all the equipment, parts and logistics were figured out), started the uninstall of the old system around 9am, and had the new system installed and working by ~2:30pm that afternoon. All 3 answered all my questions. They did a great job, were knowledgeable, honest and kind, and I would definitely recommend them. Will call them back if I ever need more HVAC work done. Although I'm sure I will have sold and moved out of this house long before anything with the new system fails lol.
