We have had Standard Heating and Air as our full maintenance service company for many years. This year year we decided that our two central air conditioners, which were over 25 years old, needed to be replaced before they gave out at a bad time. We were able to get a good price from Standard and they were installed in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you guys. You did a great job. Plan on keeping Standard Heating as our maintenance company. Your customer service is great!

We had an emergency repair of our AC that turned into a full system replacement. The team was quick to come out, assess the situation, was able to get parts in and also explained options. Ultimately it made the most sense to replace the system and they were able to come and quickly assess what was needed from an AC system for my home and were actually able to complete the install the following day - was expecting at least a week of lead-time on a new install but they had availability right away! A huge relief to my family and I. Pricing felt reasonable with incentives. Work was done quickly, workplace was clean, team communicated well throughout the project. Was very impressed overall and would hire again if needed.

Standard is an excellent company for customer service, technical knowledge, work ethic & punctuality. My experience from the tech, Sam, who advised me to consider a new AC, to Phil & Will, the sales people to the installer, Cory, was very smooth & efficient. Answered every question I had. Have never had an unpleasant interaction with anyone at Standard. I would highly recommend them!

Comunication with all team members was great from sales to office to Install. The installer (Thomas was great) on time, efficient , friendly and very knowledgeable . He also had a great support team with him. The whole experience so far has been very satisfying.

Maintenance service of furnace and air conditioner. Showed up timely, answered all questions, offered special on filters, but not pushy at all. Really appreciated Jackâ s time and experience.

Had Standard Heating out for my annual AC tune/up. They always do an awesome job and are very knowledgeable. Being on their maintenance plan for furnace & AC is very affordable & the best money you can spend on your home.

Jason, the service tech. that completed the install of a replacement thermostat and service to the central air conditioner was courteous, informative, conscientious and knowledgeable. A grade A job.

We had a good experience with Standard Heating. We received proposals for furnace replacement from 3 companies; all with very good ratings on Checkbook (a local consumer advocacy service). Standard's cost was the highest - although within $1000 of the others. We ultimately chose standard to perform the work because of their solid reputation. All of the service personnel we worked with were friendly and professional.
