They were very polite. Very proactive. Called me within five minutes of requesting a quote. Arrived the next morning to remove my broken furniture from the curb. Gave me a discount when someone took the tv off the curb before they arrived. Called me once the item was removed to pay over the phone. Cost $25 less than the original quote because of the discount. Between renting a uhaul and paying dumping costs in my area, I think the price was very reasonable. Overall great experience. I fully intend to use them again.
