The inspection and 'inspection report' were good but incomplete. We still do not have any idea whether we have mold and/or mildew or not. The 'inspection report' points out a number of items that could lead to mold, but there is no indication if there is any sign of mold on the structure. We are still experiencing odors that could be mold, but we can't order mold eradication, since there is no place to point for the eradication. We really need a definitive answer about the presence of mold in order to procede. Even if we ordered all of the other inspections recommended by the report, there would still not be an answer to our original question regarding the presence or absense of mold in the house.

"I could not find any indication during the inspection that there is a presence of mold. I could have taken air samples and had them analyzed by a lab at considerable expense, but if I can't locate a mold source, then the lab fees are a waste of money. I found other sources that could be the cause of the odor and clearly stated that in the report."
