Jerry was very nice at explaining everything and showing me areas that needed attention including area I called to to get fixed. The workers were respectful of property and took pictures of repairs done and even went above and beyond to make my home look great again. Very timely and finished quickly.

Timely and informative

I live in Sonora and couldn't get anyone local to return my call. Finally, Frank at Big Bear recommended Cal-west as Frank was not licensed to do the repair work I required. Jerry came for an estimate within days and the roofing problem I had been having for years was fixed within the next week. During this last rain, I had a different problem; called Jerry; he gave me an estimate as soon as rain ceased and will be here next week to do the job. I cannot stress how happy I am to have found someone as reliable as the people at Cal-west.

They were very prompt( within an hour) at contacting me after my initial request and made an appointment to visit the next day, initially they said it would be 2 weeks but managed to fit me it within a week. It took 2 days to complete the project I am very happy
