Wood Flooring - Refinish
We had our hardwood floor refinished with a water based polyurethene. The floors weren't properly cleaned before the poly was applied so there is dirt, grit, hairs embedded in the floor. There are also spots where the poly was not spread out enought and there are thick visible pools of poly. There are also a few spots where the floor was sanded & it is still rough, probably not enough poly was applied. The man who did the job was kind and professional however the result was not great.

Extremely courteous; used the shoe covers appropriately, i.e., put on clean covers when entering the house, removed before going back out to truck & put back on as soon as they came back in. Very fast - 2 rooms and a hallway done within 45 minutes. Explained everything in detail. Expected the sales pitch about stain remover (which I wanted & purchased), and the dirt trapping door mats (did not purchase). Got the carpet protectant, but not the deodorizer. Will very likely hire for future cleaning needs.
