Quality work and service.

The Appraisal Process was very professional and the Proposal was presented in a clear easy to follow method. I was very comfortable sighing the agreements. I was informed that the projects that I had would not be completed right away due to workloads and weather and I was fine with that. I was told that the office would be in contact with each step of the process. This did not seam to happen I waited weeks and then when called to find out about a schedule I left a voice mail and then received a call back within an hour that the crew would be there the next day, this happen twice. When the crews arrived they did not have work orders for the complete job and we found that some of the options we asked for were never added to the agreements. Over all Stan's did a good job with the Roof Gutters and Soffits on my Home and garage but the customer communications really still need some work. I would still Recommend Stan's Roofing over some other companies I have dealt with and still believe that Stan's Roofing is a good honest company to do business with.

Sal and Jeremy were very friendly and nice. They repaired my siding and was in and out in no time. They even carried the extra siding into the garage for me. Highly recommend

They were up dating me all the time on scheduling my project. Weather had a big influence on timing. After it was scheduled they were on time and did a nice job. The men were friendly and did a good job, It looks like it was brand new.

They are hard to contact at times and communication is slow.

Dan came out to give me an estimate a very friendly and polite pro. Rob and Jeremy completed the work efficiently and asked to make sure I was happy with their work.
