We paid him $4,800 deposit to repair our pool and replace a main drain and he gave us excuse after excuse and never did the job and refused to repay our deposit back. We have since come to find out he lied to us about his licensing, too. We have been forced to report him to the FL licensing board, the BBB and are starting a small claims suit against him.

He owes me money for work paid for he never did.

He is unreliable & has no crew to help him set up pools. We ended up, 5 of us helping him. He overinflates his final invoice, comes unprepared & uses the homeowners tools, he doesn't do the work you are paying him for. He will take your money & not show up any more. Full of promises, but lies to your face. He has pretty much been run out of this area. Wish we would have known that sooner. A trickster & a thief! Our pool skimmer leaks, filter leaks, he didn't hook up the timer, nor did he add all the chemicals he was supposed to. He charged $140 for monthly services, with the first month being free & a $140 payment for the last month on a six month contract. We refused his service after he stiffed us & he refuses to refund the $140 & has never shown back up, even though he has texted promises that he would. Do use this man!!!! Many like us have been treated the same by him.

Staton Jones was paid for services that were never performed . He refuses to refund my money.

He's on time, and often does extra work, the value is better.
