Great and pros

We never thought we would find a company with great customer service, good quality work, and reasonable prices. Thankfully, we were wrong! From the very first date we requested a quote, the employees at Staple have been prompt with their response to questions, knowledgeable and professional about the various services offered, and maintained excellent lines of communication. I can not recommend their services enough!

Be specific of your expectations.

Spring clean up Very responsive and notified me of a delay due to weather conditions.

I do not recommend this company to anyone and I would never use them again. The 2nd part of the job was half done very sloppy and my glasses came up missing, when I called to report the problems I was ignored.

.

No thank you

Worked hard to get the stump out. Would have liked the spot graded better and removal of the large rocks. Overall, tough job.

Very responsive. They come in a timely manner. If they are unable to come do to weather or something else they will send an email. If there is a problem at the site they will call right away.

Extremely happy with Staple Landscapes! Highly recommend them. It was so easy to schedule service online and the job they did cleaning up my very large yard was terrific. Their prices are very fair too. Austen was great at communicating the process to me and responded quickly to the questions I had. Will definitely use them again!

Austen and Nick have a GREAT team. They're young, yes, but committed to customer satisfaction and dedicated to building their reputation as business owners. A reliable and hard working landscaping company in the MetroWest area. I highly recommend Staples Landscaping.???

They were quick but very efficient. I was very pleased

Very reasonably priced. Quick service. Quality, professional, work. .

Very knowledgeable and provide great service!

Staples did a FANTASTIC job on our backyard brush clean up job. The crew was so hardworking and polite. We had 18 years of brush built up in the back, they dragged every stick and rotting log out of there, raked up the lawn and cleaned up the driveway. I will definitely use them again!

Staples did a great job installing new soil and seed in my front yard. Hard working team that was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them! Great work at a good value.

The categories listed for both lawn and garden care, and landscaping, are a bit limited for the services Staple Landscapes provides. They have done ALL of the above with superlative quality. The work is professional and thorough; the team works like clockwork together to maximize their efforts. The crew is hardworking, to a man, and they do an excellent job around tender plantings and edges. In spring and fall, the cleanup service is impeccable. In winter, the snow removal is fast and pristine. As well, the crew are so pleasant and polite and the owner is a true gentleman who listens to your ideas and satisfies all requests. There are none better, and that is why Staple Landscapes are my only choice for all services in my yard, walks and driveway.

We highly recommend Staples and we will continue to use Staples every year for snow removal. They did an excellent job and were professional and courteous. Thank you Staples.

Very responsive.

Took us on at the last minute. Better than anyone we ever had

Efficient

Prompt a little expensive but overall very good

Great fall cleanup!

Nick is a professional. His work is impeccable and reasonable! He did a last minute mow for me for my parents lawn before they came home. He also trimmed my bushes, weeded & mulched around my home. It looks beautiful! High recommend!

I was impressed by how quickly they responded to my call and with a quote. I have a 600 foot driveway and notice right away when pulling in the weed whacking was excellent. I've never seen my home looking so good. My beds looked great and the bushes were shaped perfectly.
