Noor was fabulous! He was funny and made us laugh. Very professional. Fixed the problem and even did some maintenace of cleaning the lint buildup and correcting a bent hose. Counseled us on correct dryer care to extend the life of the appliance. Highly recommended!!!

This man should be out of business. He did not fix my appliances. The first day vacuum the underneath of the refrigerator and charged me $1000 He said he would be back in two days and install apart. Which he did. And charged me another $70 Never received a bill of sale or a receipt The part did not fix the refrigerator. He kept giving me the run around regarding getting my money back I still do not have the money back, I am still waiting What kind of people do you hire there, if this is your recommendation I do not think I can ever use you again.

"I return her labor money back just she is lying it was just 130 labor and 40 dollars part. I told her money-back guarantee if I failed to fix it, it was diagnosed with a bad timer and I put a new 1 which started but stopped. bcz of the bad thermostat. and I told her it needed to be changed but she took advantage of my being nice and decided to buy a new refrigerator within 3 days and I still promised her I will return her money back even I did not suppose to but I was waiting for the thermostat to change it and she changed her mind and bought a new refrigerator. still return no service fee no labor also pays 10 dollars extra which goes toward parts but."

I was a little apprehensive because he was late, but he talked through what he was doing. (Troubleshooting at first to make sure nothing was missed). And then when he found the problem (pinched wires that had snapped in the dishwasher door, causing intermittent stopping/starting), he showed it to me and how he fixed it. I would definitely recommend!

Noor was very quick to respond. Came over the next morning, informed me what needed to be done and the cost. He returned that afternoon and replaced the part. Was very pleasant to deal with. I will contact him again if I need something repaired.
