The gentleman was not truthful with me. Even though he did came back and repaired the damage of the gate because it was not properly installed, he guaranteed me it was weather proof wood and it is not. The fence is not attached correctly to the framing.

You are a liar, I showed you the proof the materials are treated, but you still make false claims. you left the big gate open in the hurricane winds and it battered around till it twisted up the hinges. it is your fault the gate broke. I fixed it out of courtesy, and you still make false claims. I again contact lowes and got the proof and you still refuse to remove this false claim which has been seen for many months hindering my business. I do the right thing and treat you well, and this is what you all do.

Ruell was available 2 days after first contacting him and was on time when arriving to start the work. He was very professional and courteous. After discussing the new wood gate and outside electrical outlet that needed to be fixed, he went to the store to get the supplies. He did a great job building the gate from scratch and installing it. He also was able to fix the outlet even though the original installation was not the best. He worked all day and was very diligent in getting everything done right. I will definitely be hiring him to do more jobs I have around the house in the future. Thanks Ruellð

second reply: you are a liar, and a racist, you hire me to do work, your wife told me what she wanted to try, and you told it is ok to try. then when you did not think it would work, you had me build something stronger, and then you are trying to pay me less, because you did not want to pay for the time you had me doing something else. you have to pay for time I worked. I get right to work, and the time it takes is the time it takes. you are a scammer, and this seems to be a trend with white people, hiring people of color and then refusing to pay, and all the racist remarks you have been making just shows exactly your characters. I have all the text messages.
