Arsen is a very hands on contractor. He is very knowledgeable about each of the trades and solves problems on the spot. He was on time and on budget. We have hired Star Builders on many projects and I enjoyed working with him and look forward to working together on future projects.

Arsen and his team coordinated the construction of a detached garage and ADU. All steps of their work were completed on schedule, as promised. I came to Star builders for the first time a few years ago and I couldn’t be happier to have found such a gem!! We met with Arsen (the owner), when we bought a major fixer upper a few years back and him and his team helped bring my dream home to life. He was so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We basically tore almost everything down and redesigned the entire property. Everything was done in the time that it was promised to be done which was such a breath of fresh air since I’ve always had bad experiences with others in the past. 10/10 would recommend for any type of home improvement needs!!

My wife and I are very impressed with Star Builders. They recently completed a large remodel of my home, including opening up load bearing walls, redoing our kitchen, master bathroom, fireplace and living areas. Arsen, the owner, is knowledgeable and a great guy. He was at the job site everyday, on time, and always did what he said he would do. He pointed out problems and gave us solutions and often fixed things just to ensure in the end we had better results. Our ceiling had fallen and he did an amazing job correcting it, reinforcing any existing parts of our home that seemed a little off. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Hakobyan and Star Builders. Two doors were replaced expertly. Frames were installed and the doors and frames were painted. I recommend him with enthusiasm.

First things first, I consider myself a fairly handy person. In most of my apartments I've been totally capable of hanging curtain rods, repairing faucet leaks, weather stripping etc...I recently moved into an older apartment that has been neglected for years. After putting too many holes in mushy powdery walls that have been deteriorating since being built in the 40's, I, feeling defeated, decided to hire a handyman to help me upgrade my place. Arsen of Starbuilders was prompt, professional and unbelievably easy to work with. He arrived a little earlier than expected and we went through the list of things I needed to have done. Even though I had supplied anchors and screws, he had a bunch of his own supplies too. He helped me install a towel rod, hang numerous hooks and heavy art pieces, took down the hideous vertical blinds on five of my windows and helped me install curtain rods to replace them. His prices were more than reasonable to boot! He was personable, generous and extremely helpful. I'd definitely use his services in the future, and plan to. If you are having any issues with your home or apartment, HIRE THEM!

Did what he said he'd do. Honest. Easy to work with. Good design ideas. Listen ed to and implemented my ideas. Did more than he was asked to do. Highest quality work. Came back to correct 2 minor issues.

I am glad I met Star Builders, they made my home come together in a quick timely manner. Very nice people, they are willing to work with you to solve all your problems and answer all questions and concerns.

They did an excellent job for me. The did it fast. They never complained about any extra work that I gave them to do.
