They use a chemical to clean with that bleached material. Carpeting inside of two doors are ruined. They also left their container of chemicals at my house, and after numerous attempts to get them to come pick it up, they have not. Even after I threatened a bad review if they didn't. They don't care about the customer, just their money. DON'T hire them.

THey were quick to call when I contacted them. They called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they would be earlier than expected. They were coordinated and cleaned up behind themselves. The only ding I have is I was promised a receipt, to show my landlord and I still have not gotten anything.

Gave a great quote for the requested work. Also, suggested additional cleaning after seeing the house and gave a great quote for the additional work with no pressure - just a suggestion. I accepted the suggestion. Quality of the work was outstanding.

Teddy showed up for the estimate on time and provided me with a price I could not refuse. I had two other estimates for the same work and he was, by far, the best deal by a significant margin. They were ready to start the job and so I gave them the green light to go. I have a large home that needed cleaning on the exterior, a decent sized deck and fencing. The work was properly completed with any damage to any of my plants or surfaces cleaned. Teddy was pleasant to deal with, did what he said he would do, wrapped the job up quickly without cutting corners, and I would certainly call him back for the next cleaning. I will certainly recommend him to any looking for similar services.

He showed my wife picture of clean gutters, so she paid them with a check. Two days later my daughter was flying a kite & and got it stuck on the roof. I had to go on the roof to get the kite & saw a section that was not cleaned. I called & was told they would be right out to finish cleaning the gutters. They never showed up, I had to clean the gutters myself. I am out $150 for poor service I will never use them again

I had a little trouble getting information from Teddy. You must be specific with your conversation. He doesn't out right offer you options, you will need to drag it out of him. Sweet guy but needs to work on his selling himself skills🤗

Only 1 worker who seemed rushed. No pictures of before & after gutter cleaning. He did not remember the amount tha t was quoted me on the phone and the final amount was higher than quoted. I paid in cash the quoted amount.

They were prompt in replying to my request and setting up the appointment. I initially hired Star Maintenance to sweep my chimney, but the day before the appointment added gutter clearance. Both jobs were done perfectly.

He was very friendly, completed work quickly, but arrived late, did not not call to confirm appointment or call to let know running late. When I attempted to call him his voice mailbox was full and wasn't answering. I was not told that he expected cash which was problematic because I have tenants living in the house he serviced, so my tenant paid and I didn't want that to happen. He said I would get the receipt through home advisor and I have not so I have no record for my taxes. He would be great if I was there at work site.

Star Maintenance, (Teddy) promptly not only contacted me quickly, but also was able to immediately attend to my gutter cleaning needs. He had to fit me into his already busy schedule on a Saturday which he was most willing to do. He also had to chip ice out of the gutter, and gave me pictures and updates of his work, since I was not at that location at that moment. He also had to follow through and finish another day which he did in a timely manner. All the time, Teddy of Star Maintenace was personable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend their work. The price was fair. When the weather is below freezing to protect the gutters, they must be cleaned of leaves. So, I was anxious about finding someone reputable, since the others could not come til after the New Year. If you want prompt and reliable service, Star Maintenance fits the bill.
