Star Pump & Sprinkler, Inc.

Antonio and his helper arrived within hours to give a quote. He knew immediately what the problem was and replaced the selinoid and repaired one of the sprinkler heads at a convenient time for me. I highly recommend this company.

The project was completed as promised on time and on budget. They communicated at all times with me and were professional and efficient.

Very efficient workers

Excellent customer service. Was in my House before time. Did a diagnostic and a free estimate. I agree and set an appointment within two days after he acquired the replacement part. Again he was in the house ahead of scheduled, knock on my door and when I answer he indicated the part was already install (Sprinklers Timer Clock), I inspected the work and was 100% satisfied. Since then is working like a charm. Excellent work.

Great customer service, friendly but professional. I will use the company again and would recommend.

Good work done in a, professional manner at a good price and timely. We will definitely hire again

Showed up on time and did a good job but price was a little higher than expected

I truly appreciated how fast my call was returned and more important, how candid and honest Antonio was with me. He saved me a great deal of money by helping to understand my equipment better and the work he did was completed so quickly and thoroughly!

Professional, they fixed what I couldn't repair on my own and explained to me what where the other problems and suggested how to repair it on my own so they would not have to charge me for the simple service needed.

ANTONIO NIEVES OF S.T.A.R SPRINKLERS was so polite and showed up on time for both of the calls and went above and beyond with the quality of his work .His partner was very helpful also. They did the job in a short time and made sure everything worked before they left. Very fair price comared to other quotes. I would highly recommend Antonio Nieves and S.T.A.R. Sprinklers AGAIN .

Arrived on time, good solid quality work. Honest and a real pleasure to deal with

I hired this them to repair my broken system and paid cash. Terrible idea. They did a partial fix and said they needed to come back and replace a few heads. I've called repeatedly and their car is always broken. I can understand one or two no shows without calls, but not more than 3 weeks later. Now they won't come back because I demanded they finish replacing broken heads as promised today. Very unprofessional and totally lost his cool. Beware.

They did a fair evaluation, gave a fair price, and performed the work they recommended in a timely manner, and took care of my sprinkler system issues.

Very knowledgable

Very knowledgable

Came quickly, found out the problem and were done quickly!

They showed up on time and were very thorough in provide explanations for services provided. Very courteous and professional and completed the work on the same day.

Responded very quickly to provide an estimate for the sprinkler repairs that I needed. Justin was able to complete the work on the same date. He checked my entire system and made good recommendations that actually saved money. Justin was professional and knowledgeable - would use this company again.

Thorough job, very professional. Justin walked me through the whole system before he left. Thanks again.

Very knowledgeable. I have experienced lag time twice from time of call to repair but the results and the price are worth the wait. Just be patient! Highly recommend. And then I tested the system. Leaking badly from PVC connections. Very disappointed because this is a basic repair. Had to recall and showed up without notice while I was not home. Indexer now sits almost flush to the ground. Sloppy work.

Professional

Nice guys, good work. Good follow up.Definitely recommend Antonio and Justin.

responded to my call quickly. the system is working well now.

There's no question Antonio knows what he is doing, is a consummate professional and takes care of business. He was great!

I was looking for estimates to install a pump with a line connected to the lake. Antonio gave me the most competitive quote that made me to hire Him. However, what a deception!. He did the installation but never run smoothly. I paid around $1,260 and we have to keep priming the pump. When calling him back, he came to try to fix the problem accompanied with a rude and very unprofessional attitude to the point of being mean and unpolite. I told him not to come back because I prefered to lose money than being mistreated. He replaced a valve before his last visit but it just worked one day.
