in December 2019 , Denver and his assistant , replaced our ancient shower plumbing . He promptly responded to my call ! The job was satisfactorily completed in a single visit and the work area was left spotless . When I have a plumbing job that is beyond my capability , I will call Starboy first .

On Saturday night we had a leak in a cooper hot water line in our inside wall so we had to shut off our hot water to our unit. I sent an email and got an immediate response to call Starboy Plumbing. I called back early Sunday morning to make an appointment for a repair on Monday. Denver Lim offered to come out within an hour on Sunday instead. He knew exactly what needed to be done and used the latest high tech tools and materials to replace the broken section of pipe. He was friendly and did a great job at a fair price. We are very satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber for their home or business.

The estimated cost was reasonable. They arrived earlier than scheduled appointment. The time frame to complete the service was minimal. Customer service was professional. Denver is genuine and real. and he understands what his customer wants. He listens and gives you choices. I knew from the beginning I didnt have to worry about his work. I am very satisfied with the work done. On top of all that. I called at 5pm and he responded. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was great too. Denver Lim came within one hour of my call. He rapidly diagnosed the minor problem and fixed it on the spot at a very fair price. He cleaned up and provided us with additional useful advice. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing problems.

The plumbing team came to my house on a Saturday. They were polite. They were very loud due to training an apprentice. They left in the middle of the job to help someone else consequently my job took all day. They did not wear shoe coverings nor did they protect the area in which they were working. The job was very expensive almost triple what I have paid in the past. This was very alarming. They were here I had to get the job done. If I were 10 years younger I would have done the job myself. After they left there were black scuff marks from their shoes all over my hardwood floors. I immediately cleaned the floors afterward. The marks are still there. I will need to to put a little more muscle into cleaning the floors.
