Window Cleaning
They scratched our main window and won't fix it.
Extremely disappointing experience with Starbrite Window Cleaning. It took 3 visits just to get our windows cleaned properly, and they scratched our main window in the process.
I've included photos showing the poor cleaning and scratches.
Instead of making things right, Starbrite offered to replace our quality window glass with a low-budget alternative that doesn't meet the same standards. They have now stopped responding to us and are making no effort to resolve the issue.
Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says everything. We paid for professional service and ended up with a damaged window, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service.
I would strongly recommend staying away from Starbrite. It's simply not worth the risk or frustration.

"Todd, you never mentioned a scratch on any glass until days later and your first Google review and email to us provided nothing but great feedback for the tech and how great of a job he did. Our terms and conditions clearly outline you should complete a walk through to ensure you are happy. We offered to have our glass vendor replace your window you declined claiming it's not as good of window that you currently have, but you never provided documentation showing the type of window that you have currently. We also cleaned ALL of your windows for free a 2nd time to ensure you were happy with the result. We do NOT use any abrasive materials when cleaning windows and we NEVER said we caused the scratch. We tried to work with you to resolve but you are unwilling to use our vendor. "

I recently had Starbrite clean my windows inside and out. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly before Easter. Jesus was my service person and he did an excellent job. He was on time and worked thoroughly and quickly. I've had them do my windows a couple time before with the same results. They clean my daughters windows too and all at a reasonable price. We also have them do our Christmas lights and those are wonderful and again, at a reasonable price. Troy the owner takes pride in his company and he runs a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Easily scheduled interior window cleaning with Starbrite. Their technician, Josh, arrived on time and ready to work. He did an exceptional job - fast, complete, and detailed. He thoroughly cleaned the windows, tracks, and screens. Josh is definitely the most polite and courteous worker that I have used for various home projects. Highly recommend him and Starbrite.

Window washer was 3-1/2 hrs. late (starting to get dark). He said there would be a 50% increase in the cost. I Said I would call Troy at Starbrite the next morning to reschedule. Left a message, and no one returned my call. This is after using Starbrite for 15 yrs. Will be going to another company.

Lastly, we like paying our employees livable wages...Our prices were very very affordable (low) for the last 10-15 so an increase is very appropriate. As of the 3.5 hours late. We give you a time frame of arrival which means we may not be there at the first time slot in that time frame. You were aware of this due to the fact you have been a customer for over 10 years.
