As landscapers they were very hard workers, but they bid and signed contract for more than they were able to do. In the end I have to hire someone else to finish the job.

Since Dennis Katz "the salesman" is no longer with Starbucks Scapes, I would recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job on my yard. Jackie and her crew were professional, friendly, tended to my needs, wants and everything in between. Jackie even came out a couple times just to see how things looked. If the plants were okay and the sprinklers were correct. She added a couple more lantana for me that i purchased and I thought that was above and beyond good service. I would give them a chance. They were wonderful to work with (except Dennis) and I love the job they did. My landscaping looks great!!! I sit out and ENJOY my backyard now.

Very pleased with their job. I would recommend them to anybody. Five stars all the way.

Starbucks rescheduled the project twice. Once after we waited several hours for them to arrive, and again the next week when we called to verify they would arrive the next day. They should have been more proactive with communication. Of the four landscape companies we spoke with, Starbucks was the most helpful with the design and the finished product looks good.

Had a lot of problems with the company communicating with me. It took them 4 trips to finally get the yard finished the right way, but it did finally get done.

Starbucks Scapes was excellent. They had great communication and also had some very good ideas. They, by far, had the best price for what I wanted to do. They were also very honest upfront and did not attempt to hide any extra charges or fees. The job only took two days and I was extremely pleased.

The quality of wark that Starbucks Scapes did was ok but the sales men that came out to give me my estimate was the most unprofessioanal person that I had ever delt with. I had to call the company and tell them to either return my money or get me another person to over see my landscaping.. I did use time to put my lawn in but with all the hassles that I had with the sales man I would not recommend this commany to anyone.
